About me

I'm a final-year Electrical Engineering undergraduate at the Department of Electrical & Instrumentation Engineering, Thapar Institute of Engineering & Technology, Patiala, working in integrated circuit design.

My work is driven by a commitment to energy-efficient computing — reducing the power footprint of modern electronic systems. Recently, I have been characterizing 6T SRAM cells in 45 nm CMOS, studying the stability, leakage, and read/write trade-offs that determine how memories behave at scaled technology nodes.

Alongside circuits, I enjoy computational work in the sciences: I have built Python toolkits for dynamical mass estimation of galaxy clusters and for tracking and predicting passes of the International Space Station. You can find these projects on my GitHub.
